How to smoke?

Smoking is a quite addictive habit and most of us have a lot of problem quitting smoke. Inspite of  knowing the ill effects of smoking, today I am going to teach the way how a person should smoke.

We all smoke unconsciously when we are worried, tensed and stressed. We don't enjoy smoking and if we don't enjoy smoking, why to smoke?

We cannot quit smoking like this, and in this way if we will try to quit smoke we will always think about it and the repetitive thoughts would give you the power to break you promise with yourself and what about those times when we are feeling psychologically low we will definitely get another cigarette as at that time the mental block in our mind to not smoke would not be much strong

Smoking should not be done in a
  • Hasty manner
  • While talking
  • In a crowd
  • With the urge of finishing it fast
  • While doing any other work
  • While sitting with a friend
Because due to these reasons the crave for smoke is satisfied temporarily and you need to have another cigarette after a short period of time.

A person should smoke as if he is doing meditation. There should be no other thought in the mind except the cigarette in his hand. When you lit the cigarette in your hand
  • You should be all alone not even any close friend.
  • You first need to close your eyes as it helps in cutting off all other distractions and is very necessary.
  • When you inhale and exhale the smoke your breath should not be short.
  • For those 3 to 5 minutes there should be complete silence all around.
When you will starting smoking like this the number of cigarettes you smoke in a day would automatically reduce and you will feel as if everything is under control.

A day will come when you will only be smoking 1 cigarette in a day and you will feel like I'm done. This is the time when you can get rid of the habit completely and throw that cancer stick forever.
Remember do it when you are ready for it and never ever smoke again.
